El divendres vam anar a visitar Mainz amb els alumnes alemanys i el director de la Theisstalschule, Herr Brühl. Vam anar amb tren desde Niedernhausen fins Mainz passant per Wiesbaden. En arribar a Mainz, vam passejar pel centre històric (Altstadt) i vam veure la bonica plaça del mercat (Marktplatz) amb parades multicolors plenes de productes típics alemanys i flors. Vam començar el tour turístic visitant el Museu de Gutenberg on ens van fer una demostració de com funcionava una premsa d'impressió tal i com la va inventar el mestre Gutenberg fa uns 550
anys. Tot seguit, ens van projectar un documental sobre la vida de Gutenberg. Després de la interessant visita al museu vam veure la catedral de Mainz (Dom). Cal destacar la varietat d'estils arquitectònics que conté ja que es va anar construint al llarg dels segles. Ens vam fer una foto de grup molt bonica de record i després vam tenir la tarda lliure per fer compres i visitar Mainz amb els respectius partners.
On Friday we went to visit Mainz with the German students and Herr Brühl, the school principal of Theisstalschule. We took the train from Niedernhausen over Wiesbaden
to Mainz. As soon as we 
arrived to Mainz, we walked through the historical centre (Altstadt) and we saw the beautiful market square (Marktplatz). There we could admire the colourful variety of food and flower stands selling typical products. After that, we started our touristy tour visiting the Gutenberg Museum where we could witness a demonstration of how a reproduction of an old printing machine worked 550 years ago as Master Gutenberg originally conceived. Later after the
interesting museum we visited St Martin Cathedral. The variety of architectural styles must be highlighted because they stand out as it was built throughout the centuries. We took a really nice g
roup photo as a souvenir and then we had the evening free to go shopping and visit Mainz with our partners.
